- Isolation of affected passengers and crew members.
- Regular updates and communication with U.S. health authorities regarding sanitation procedures and illness reporting.

Some guests have shared their experiences aboard the ship. One cruiser lamented that both of his parents contracted the virus but reassured that they were managing their condition and had been isolated from other passengers.
Health and Safety Reassurances
An Aida spokesperson addressed the situation, noting that this outbreak aligns with seasonal trends typically seen between November and April. Guests aboard remain unaffected in terms of overall cruise activities. Crew members are stationed at restaurant entrances to encourage handwashing among guests.
